Duties include but are not limited to - Performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflow. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In-person. Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: $23.00/hr.
